Our story
Over 35 years of experience. For every brand.
From the CRTs of 1989 to today’s OLEDs, we have repaired every generation of TV. In 2005 we became part of Steel — that’s why we sign as Service by Steel — and trained at the manufacturers’ factories. We were a Hitachi service centre and an LG service centre, and for LG also the nationwide service for monitors and laptops in Greece. Today we bring that experience to every TV, whatever the brand.
Today we are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer.

We repair every type of TV at component level: instead of simply swapping the whole circuit board, we find the part that failed — a capacitor, a transistor, a chip — and replace only that. We keep plenty of spare parts in stock, so repairs are fast.

Recognise the problem?
Won’t turn on
You press the button and nothing happens. We check the power supply and main board to find which component failed.
Turns on and off
It starts and shuts down by itself, or the standby light keeps blinking. We trace the cause on the circuit board.
Sound but no picture
You can hear it, but the screen stays black. We check the backlight and the picture board.
Lines on the screen
Vertical or horizontal lines, coloured or black. We check the panel, ribbon cables and the screen control board (T-CON).
Dark picture
You can only see the picture if you shine a torch on the screen. Usually the backlight has failed — the LED strips behind the screen.
Stuck on the logo
It turns on, shows the brand logo and goes no further. We check the software and memory on the main board.
Smart TV & Wi-Fi
It won’t connect to the internet, keeps dropping Wi-Fi or apps won’t open.
